Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • United States: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout

  • International Orders: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

All Vyse™ orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delays & Issues

While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, our support team will assist you in locating or resolving delayed shipments whenever possible.
